… more than what I need and everything I want. I’m purging stuff. I began today with material things.

Material things will be a longer process as there is so much! Some areas are easier to sort and purge than others. I plan to alternate between the two. (Getting rid of clothes that have become too big is JUST SO AWESOME!)

Once I get my home in order I will begin the same process at my office. Even there I have more than I need to do my job.

Tomorrow I’m going back to the gym. It’s been almost two weeks since I last worked out. There are still remnants of this virus in my head and chest, but I will do what I can without feeling guilty or exhausted. The physical purging begins again tomorrow!

I am rich in proportion to what I can do without.
