I don’t know what happened, only that it all went into the toilet.  I stopped keeping my food journal.  I didn’t weigh in.  And I didn’t take any pictures (okay, so I didn’t go to the gym either).

Tomorrow all of that changes.  I’m going back to my food journal, the gym, etc.

Why am I restarting a weight loss plan on Friday?  Because I weigh in on Mondays. 

I chose a Monday weigh in some time ago to help me with not pigging out on the weekends.  Hey, it works for me.

I’m giving up my fudge pops.  I know!  I know!  They’re only 80 calories and 4 grams fo protein — but when you’re eating a box a day all that doesn’t really matter…  That’s 12 fudge pops.  Twelve.  A day.

That shit’s got to stop.

I challenge all of my BlogapaLOSEa mates that may have also let things slide to do the same!

in the past two weeks, but I’m really not sure.  I just can’t remember.  Good intentions and all that.

Old news:  I have a headache.

New news:  … … … nothing.

I need to get to the gym.  Hopefully tomorrow.  I need to take a picture for BlogapaLOSEa.  Which I’ve also kinda ignored for maybe two weeks (I’m not the only one, either — but that doesn’t mean it’s a good thing).  I still look the same — unless my hair looks a bit longer.

I have been working on two new websites.  One more than the other?  Maybe.  (Websites for someone else, not mine.) 

That harness came in the mail over the weekend, but it was too big so I ordered the smaller size for an exchange.

My son came back from his vaycay to the beaches of South Carolina and he brought me some new rocks.

Nice big doggies come with really big barks.

Still keeping up the laundry…

Crappity, crap, crap, crap!

I gained ELEVEN POUNDS!  WTF?

I’m 2 lbs heavier than when I started.  Shit.

Oh, I know why — I got lazy with the food diary and ate whatever I wanted.* And I lacked fiber.  You know what I mean!

What a waste of a week.  When it began I was hoping for a 5 lb loss.  Instead I’m 2 lbs heavier than when I started.  Two freaking pounds.

I will be more diligent this week — and I will get my fiber.

And I will get to the gym more than once this week.

*sigh*

UPDATE:  I also need to look at calorie counts before I eat the food!  Time after time there were things I wish I hadn’t eaten!

Okay, I still have a headache, but here’s the freaky thing — I lost 6 lbs 6 oz  from last Monday morning to this morning!

This is so freaky.  Did you look at my daily calorie counts for last week?  Did you notice the lack of exercise?!!

All I did last week was eat and suffer, but hey, it wasn’t a total loss.

IT WAS ONLY A SIX POUND SIX OUNCE LOSS!

How is that even possible?

And yesterday I even had pizza and soda!  I figured I was totally screwed from seeing any weight loss just from the excess sodium in those foods alone.

So I can’t take credit for the loss, but I’ll take the loss!

Wow.

Those people that can eat anything and everything and still lose weight?  Yeah, that’s me!

At least it was last week.

I’m not expecting another such weight loss miracle…
