Yes, I’ve succumbed to the eff word again. Once in anger and now here because DAMMIT it made me laugh!
I’ve been fighting with a med-proof depression caused by chronic pain that began LAST APRIL (or May?). It began with what my doc thought was whiplash brought on by violent coughing and sneezing while working from a hearty cold to full out pneumonia. Theɹǝƃƃolqu«ù ûo á just rocks that way without even really trying. I get my flu shot every year, but the past two seasons I’ve been struck with pneumonia instead. Imma hafta get me dat amonia shot startin dis year Imma thinkin.
So I started physical therapy a couple of months back. Twice a week, plus exercises to do at home and, oh yeah, that handy dandy traction machine (which Imma also thinkin is where the migraines came from) while others think it’s stress from being in pain for so long.
And while this seemed to start out as a muscular problem, I’m thinking physical therapy is doing a damn fine job with all that (and the muscle relaxers, too) I think it’s a structural thing now, aka skeletal problem. It’s my body and I KNOW.
It’s in my left shoulder. It’s hurts really badly, but not all the time (thank GOD) and my right shoulder is showing signs of the same predicament.
Tomorrow may be my last PT appointment if I can just apply the antiphoresis steroid patches myself…
I see my regular doc in February. I’m asking for x-rays. It could come down to arthritis in my shoulder joint, Idunno.

And then the spam begins. Line after line after line of links! For drugs, gaming, male enhancement aids, PORN!
I’d post one here as an example, but I don’t want to start anything with the spammers, you know.
I have a program that catches 99.9% of the spam and then rest gets caught in my moderation queue.
"Akismet has caught 21,699 spam for you since you first installed it."
21,699 SPAM!
